Can you attend early in the morning?
Yes. Enforcement attendances can be coordinated for early or out-of-hours times, subject to location and engineer availability.

What happens if the property appears occupied?
The attending authorised party controls the legal decision. Our engineer follows the instruction provided at site and will not make that legal determination.
